Experienced, dedicated and ready to work for the citizens of Ward 7.

The Mulcahey Plan to Keep Warwick Moving forward focuses on our seniors, students, first responders and the betterment of our community.

Our seniors and students deserve programs to enrich their lives.  I am intent on pursuing federal grant dollars to create a City Senior Advocate position as well as a Warwick Learn 365 Program. 

The senior advocate will be a dedicated resource to aid our seniors when navigating housing, healthcare and social services. The Warwick Learn 365 after school program will work to reduce learning loss, be held in our schools, and run by our professional educators. 

Our first responders work hard to keep us safe. I will work to ensure they have all the tools, training and support needed to protect our residents while keeping them safe from harm.

My plan will continue to build on the current improvements to Apponaug Cove, providing parks and areas our residents can enjoy with family and friends.
